At Ariyanthe, every artwork is produced specifically for your order. Whether fulfilled by our studio or one of our trusted global printing partners, each piece is carefully made, inspected and packaged before shipment.
Because our products are made to order, our return policy differs from that of mass-produced retail products.
Made-to-Order Products
All Ariyanthe products are produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong artwork or edition
- Incorrect color choice
- Incorrect shipping information provided during checkout
We kindly ask you to carefully review your order, product options and sizing before completing your purchase.
When Returns Are Accepted
We will gladly assist if your order arrives with:
- A manufacturing or printing defect
- Damage that occurred during production or delivery
- An incorrect item or incorrect edition
- A product that differs significantly from the item you ordered
These situations are uncommon due to the quality standards maintained by both Ariyanthe and our trusted production partners, but if they occur, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Reporting a Problem
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Your email should include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The shipping label (if applicable)
- The area showing the defect or damage
These photographs help us investigate the issue with our production and shipping partners.
Return Process
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Returned items should:
- Be sent within 15 days of receiving return approval.
- Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
- Include all original contents supplied with the order.
Depending on the product and where it was produced, returns may be handled either by Ariyanthe or by one of our authorized printing partners.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your claim is approved, a full refund or replacement will be arranged.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible.
Please allow several business days for your payment provider to process the refund.
Return Shipping
For approved returns relating to damaged, defective or incorrect products, we will advise the appropriate return procedure.
Where applicable, Ariyanthe or our production partner may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Please do not return items without contacting us first, as this may delay the processing of your claim.
Colour & Print Variations
Slight variations in colour may occur due to differences between screens, printing processes and materials.
These natural variations are not considered manufacturing defects and therefore do not qualify for return or refund.
