At Ariyanthe, every order is carefully produced and prepared before it begins its journey to you. Depending on the product you choose, your order may be fulfilled by our trusted global printing partners or directly from our studio.
Our goal is to deliver every order safely, efficiently, and with the same care that goes into creating each artwork.
Canvas Editions
Canvas Editions are professionally printed by trusted production partners located as close as possible to your delivery address.
For example:
- Australian orders are printed and shipped within Australia.
- US orders are printed and shipped within the United States.
- European orders are printed by facilities serving Europe.
Printing close to your location helps reduce shipping costs, minimise delivery times, and lower environmental impact.
Estimated Production & Delivery
Canvas Editions typically arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or due to courier delays.
Canvas Editions are available worldwide.
Velvet & Linen Editions
Our Black Velvet Editions and Linen Editions are individually prepared and shipped directly from the Ariyanthe studio.
These editions require additional care during production and packaging to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Estimated Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within 10–15 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
At present, Velvet and Linen Editions are available only to customers in:
- Australia
We hope to expand availability to additional countries in the future.
Order Processing
Most orders begin production shortly after payment has been confirmed.
Production time varies depending on the product, but we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible without compromising quality.
As every Ariyanthe piece is made specifically for each customer, production begins only after an order has been placed.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided for all orders.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details so you can follow your shipment until delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Where applicable, shipping has already been included in the product price for a simpler purchasing experience.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders fulfilled through our regional canvas printing partners, additional customs charges are generally not expected.
For Velvet and Linen Editions shipped internationally from our studio, customs procedures may vary depending on your country’s import regulations.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Delays
While we work with reliable production and shipping partners, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Customs inspections
- Public holidays
- Severe weather
- Courier disruptions
- Peak seasonal demand

Incorrect Shipping Information
